The Wynola Estates Fire Safe Council has successfully implemented a new egress route for residents to access CA78 in the event of an emergency.

Through a generous grant and in collaboration with Julian Farm and Orchard, along with residential easements, the Council has established an additional fire evacuation road. We extend our sincere gratitude to Stanley Backhoe, who was contracted to construct the new egress road.

Positioned near the end of Springview Road, this emergency exit provides access to CA78 via Julian Farm and Orchard. The newly constructed egress road will provide over 200 residents with evacuation options in the event of an emergency.

The first phase of the fire road at the end of Springview is complete and will be referred to as the Glenside Egress Rd.
